These terms and conditions set out how Michelle Allen trading as Infinite Upstart (“Infinite Upstart”, “I”, “me”) provides services, memberships, and digital products. By booking or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Services

Infinite Upstart offers mentoring, strategy sessions, workshops, memberships, and digital products. Full details are available on the website or provided when booking.

Payments

All payments are taken in advance through secure third-party providers. Prices are in GBP and may change from time to time. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellations and refunds

  • 1:1 sessions: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Workshops and events: Tickets are non-refundable unless I cancel. You may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing me in advance.

  • Memberships: Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You will continue to have access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

  • Digital products: Due to their nature, all sales are final once access or downloads are provided, except where required by law.

Community standards

Infinite Upstart programmes, services and groups are intended to be safe, inclusive, and supportive. Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. I may remove access without refund where behaviour is harmful, discriminatory, or disruptive.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Infinite Upstart remain my intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may use them for personal purposes only. They must not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.

Limitation of liability

I take reasonable care in delivering services, but results will vary and cannot be guaranteed. Infinite Upstart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of booking or purchase will apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
